Shipping Policy

Maryam Fashions ships across Pakistan with PostEx. Delivery is free unless the studio has set a shipping fee in the dashboard. On cash on delivery, the rider collects the order total. Bank and card orders are not collected by the rider.

Timing

Orders are packed in Lahore. Most cities receive a parcel in 2 to 5 working days after it is booked. Remote areas can take longer. Friday and public holidays can shift the pickup.

Tracking

When we book the parcel, PostEx gives us a tracking number. It appears on your order confirmation if booking is automatic, and you can look it up any time from Track order with your order number and phone.

What we send PostEx

Your name, mobile number in 03 format, full address, city, the pieces in the parcel, and the cash to collect. The city must be one PostEx delivers to. If a city is missing from the list, message us before you order.

If you miss the rider

PostEx will usually try again. If the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you on the phone number from checkout. A second delivery may need a new booking.
