  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item sent.

  • Items on sale or marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or refund, as appropriate.
